Our People

Bernadette Beach, Managing Director – Over two decades of experience in the medical and legal field has provided Bernadette Beach with comprehensive recruitment and human resources expertise. Positions in administration, internal and external recruitment, human resources, and operations have given Bernadette an in-depth understanding of how successful medical and dental practices run.

Having twice established recruitment organisations, one medical and the other legal, Bernadette recognised an unmet need in the marketplace. She established Indigo Medical Consulting Services to assist medical and dental practices with comprehensive recruitment and human resources. Her personable and consultative approach is aimed at helping doctors and dentists develop successful and profitable practices.

Carol Di Losa, Training Manager – With over 30 years experience within the medical industry as a Medical Receptionist and Medical Secretary, both in general medicine as well as specialist fields. Carol is a fully qualified and accredited trainer (Certificate IV in Workplace Training Assessment TAA and Business Administration Certificate). She has nine years experience as a trainer and assessor teaching medical administration. She brings a wealth of experience, skills/knowledge and passion to our medical administration courses.

Carol teaches our Medical Reception, Medical Reception for Specialist Practices, Medical Terminology, Pracsoft and Blue Chip courses.

Nicole Grundy, Consultant – Has worked within the healthcare industry for over ten years in many different sectors, hospitals, medical centres, specialists and radiology practices, acquiring positions as Administration/Reception, Practice Manager, Business Manager and Operations Manager.

Nicole has extensive knowledge of management and procedures to successfully run an efficient and productive practice.  She has also assisted as an Accreditation Surveyor and conducted medical administration training sessions.

Nicole assists practices with Practice Management consulting and conducts our Practice Manager workshops. She is currently completing her Certificate IV in Business (Human Resources).
